About
Don Lechner was born in Pennsylvania and raised on a dairy farm with three brothers. Growing up he gained a love for cartooning by spending countless hours copying characters like Fred Flintstone, Bugs Bunny, and Beetle Bailey.
After graduating from high school, Don attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he received training in the visual arts and obtained an A.A. in Visual Communications. Later he attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received a B.S. in Art Education. He has worked for over 25 years in the graphic arts field.
Don lives in Georgia with his wife Patti and their five sons.
